What is the cancellation policy for COVID-19?

At Railway Gazette, our employees, customers and partners are our highest priorities. We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will put in place precautionary measures to keep our customers, colleagues and employees safe in line with Public Health England , UK Government and WHO’s guidelines at that appropriate time. It is our intention to hold SmartRail Europe and we will continue to monitor the evolving situation and provide updates as we have them.

If the unfortunate happens and restrictions force us to postpone the event, then we will re-issue your ticket for the next edition of SmartRail Europe or give you a full refundWe appreciate your flexibility and support during this time, and our thoughts remain with everyone affected by the COVID-19 situation.

How can I collect my Pass?

You can collect your Pass from the registration desk situated in the hotel lobby.

Can I apply for a Press Pass?

When can I start setting up my Exhibition space?

How can I watch the presentations after the Conference?

Presentations will be available one week after SmartRail Europe takes place. All attendees will receive a link to download the presentations via email.

Is there free WiFi?

Yes, there is free WiFi available during the conference.

How can I book my accommodation?

Single room: €121 including breakfast
Double room: €143 including breakfast

How do I register for the RFI Site Visit?

The RFI Site Visit will take place on Monday 22 November and you will need to register via the website from Monday 25 October. Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.

Can I attend the Cocktail reception?

We are hosting two Cocktail receptions on Monday 22 November & Tuesday 23 November. Please check your Pass to see which reception you can attend.

When will the Speaker's VIP dinner take place?

The Speaker's VIP dinner will take place Monday 22 November. This is an invitation only event.
